📦 How Sweetzy resolves confirmed missing items

1If a missing item is confirmed, Sweetzy may resend or refund the missing item depending on the value and circumstances.

2Sweetzy’s FAQ states that if missing items total £4 or over, they will be resent; if they are below £4, they will be refunded.

3Refunds are made back to the original payment method and may take 3-5 working days to process.
