1Processing or preparing usually means the order is being picked or packed.

2Dispatched or shipped means the parcel has left Sweetzy and tracking should become available.

3Delivered means the courier has marked the parcel as delivered.

4Cancelled or refunded means the order or payment has been stopped or reversed in the system.

🔁 What to do if the status looks wrong

Check your courier tracking and contact Sweetzy Support with your order number if the order is late, delivered to the wrong place, cancelled unexpectedly or missing from your account.
